REFUNDS
It is the responsibility of the student to notify PIU when officially withdrawing from any class. Refunds are determined from the official date of withdrawal as follows:
| 100% | if withdrawal is during registration. |
| 75% | if withdrawal is before the second week of instruction. |
| 50% | if withdrawal is before the third week of instruction. |
| 25% | if withdrawal is before the fourth week of instruction. |
| 0% | if withdrawal is in the fourth week or thereafter. |
PAYMENT POLICY
Students must be prepared to pay at least half of the total fees each term at registration at the beginning of the term, with the remainder paid at the halfway point of the term.
PURCHASING BOOKS & MATERIALS
Textbooks and materials may be purchased from through the PIU campuses and extension sites at the time of registration.
